Your Horizon

Don't take it for granted!

We all have perspectives, each based on our own individual lives.

As we know, our perspective is a particular attitude toward something; our point of view.

Everyday, everyone of us lives our own unique life.

Those living with mental illness live very different lives, including challenges the rest of which, most of us cannot imagine.

We would do ourselves a favor, if we would look at others who are different than we are, and view them as offering us a different way of seeing, including those with mental illness.

Others are able to share a different way of thinking, as they have lived a different life than we have.

Think of others as a valuable resource!

This helps us have insights into subjects we may know nothing about.
